We are always in need of volunteers to provide healthy treats or food and other supplies, decorate classrooms, and give some extra hands to support the teachers for various school events throughout the year. It’s a great way to get to know your child’s teacher and classmates and experience a fun school day with your little one.

Staff Appreciation Luncheon

We show our staff how much we appreciate them and their dedication to our children by treating them to three wonderful meals throughout the year – a breakfast in August during in-service days, a lunch in mid-January during staff professional day, and a breakfast or lunch during staff appreciation week in June. It’s a great way to get to know the staff and they REALLY appreciate any support we can give them. We need volunteers to donate dishes, set up, greet the teachers, and clean up. We will send out detailed information and food donation requests in advance.

International Night

We need parents to donate a dish from their country for the potluck dinner.

Halloween Parade and Party

Parents are needed to assist teachers with helping kids into their Halloween costumes, decorating the classrooms, and donating healthy treats.

Valentine’s Day Party

Each class will have their own party. Parents are needed to decorate the classrooms and provide healthy treats.

STEM Day       

We need parents to help set up the stations and assist students executing experiments.

Scholastic Book Fair

We need volunteers to act as cashiers, help set up in the school’s library, monitor the books and other items once they are displayed, assist students and parents find the books they saw advertised on the flyer, and clean up after the fair is over.
